Interested in Outpatient Mental Health? What about Crisis or Substance Abuse Counseling? Bridgeway, Inc. has exciting opportunities available! We are looking for individuals who are flexible, offer a variety of clinical knowledge, and are willing to work in multiple areas. If you are looking for stimulating experiences, apply today!

Outpatient Mental Health: Provide mental health counseling services using a variety of therapeutic modalities. Will work with adults and children.

Crisis Counselor: Provide crisis intervention services including after hours emergency services and brief counseling services within a four county area of Henry, Henderson, Knox, and Warren counties.

Substance Abuse Counselor: Provide substance assessment and treatment. Expertise in DUI and other substance abuse services preferred.

Master’s in psychology, counseling, or social work required and licensure preferred for Outpatient Mental Health and Crisis Counselors. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred for Substance Abuse positions. Prefer prior experience. We value strong communication and organizational skills and work ethic; we require valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance. Employment is conditional upon passing fingerprint & criminal background checks. Employee benefits include health insurance with dental and vision, generous paid time off, paid holidays and 401k.

Bridgeway was formed in 1993 through a merger of three existing human service providers: Spoon River Center, McDonough County Rehabilitation Center, and Harrington Family Services.
