Production Supervisor

Loves Park, IL

Duties

Responsible for coordinating all facets of production operations for assigned contracts. Insure accurate and timely internal information flow concerning activities with or affecting customers. In conjunction with the Shipping/Receiving Clerk, schedule shipping and receiving for assigned contracts and coordinate check-in of customer's goods. In conjunction with other production team members, schedule daily production to efficiently meet the needs of both the customer and the agency. Act as a source of information and direction to the Rehabilitation Coaches. Coordinate the picking of the necessary materials, direct and assist Rehabilitation Coaches and Material Handlers in the set-up of jobs. Oversee and audit actual production of jobs, perform time studies, and supervise production staff as directed. Set-up incoming jobs for production. Perform inventory and order product from vendors as needed. Insure finished product is brought to the shipping area and match quantities to job tickets for accuracy.


Education

High School Diploma or GED with preference for Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Supervisory experience. One to three years related experience and/or training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Fork Lift experience preferred.


Other Requirements

Must attend and complete all required trainings. Must have reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license, and insurability.
